Why do I learn languages?
Learning languages opens new horizons, both inside and outside.
It reminds me to be... humble, because when I start learning a language I can’t be perfect. I do something that doesn’t work yet, that’s hard, repeat the basics many times in a row.
Tutors help a lot with consistency.

Finding your energy in the process
I think the most important thing in learning a language is to know yourself. Listen to yourself, to your energy levels. And ride that wave, change methods every day if necessary; if you don’t want to study grammar, learn through examples, do drills. If it’s boring, something’s wrong.
Current method
Lessons with tutors, about six to ten hours a week.
I read or listen to AI-written stories, anything interesting, at an appropriate level.
I print pages of things that interest me so that early in the morning, after meditation and before a lesson, I can quietly read with my phone switched off and underline interesting things with a marker.
