Working with a coach

For over a year I worked with Guinness World Record holder Buda Šobat. We met at Static Weekend in Geneva, and I understood, saw, that world records have no mystique or magic... He simply does a great deal of consistent work.

Tracking food and sending screenshots in the evenings was new, but I got used to it. I had training plans for the week.

I learned to rest, eat well and train well.

And at the same time, success and consistency are helped a great deal by a coach: one competent and inspiring person who cares about my success.
